Exclusive Products
State-of-the-art packaging solutions are our specialty. We design and produce Exclusive products that are not available from anyone else, and offer our customers distinct packaging options that differentiate their brand from the competition. Here is a few products included in this category.
Adina® Oval Bottles: we created the exclusive Adina Oval Bottle Series for packaging a variety of liquid products. They have a unique shape that enhances the look of beauty and cosmetic products on store shelves. Available in multiple sizes, we manufacture the bottles with traditional HDPE or LDPE resin, and they are compatible with our Continuous Thread and SecuRx® Child Resistant Closures (CRC).
38mm Pop & Click™ Text Top CRC: this eye-catching closure works exclusively with the 8cc Straight Sided Jar, 60cc, 100cc, and 120cc Pop & Click Cylinders, as well as the 100cc Pop & Click Round Bottle which is currently in development. The innovative closures are child resistant for compliance and security, but are still easy to use for individuals who struggle with traditional CR closure systems.
50cc Parabolic Square Bottles: this bottle is ideal for small quantities of prescription and over-the-counter tablets, capsules, and softgels. It works well with several 28mm SecuRx Child Resistant Closures and Continuous Thread Closures.
Straight Sided Jars: looking for an exclusive product that’s not made from traditional HDPE resin? Our exclusive line of Straight Sided Jars are made with PET resin, and are available in three convenient sizes: 75cc; 120cc; and 230cc. They are frequently used to package prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamin tablets, capsules, and softgels, as well as ointments and powders. Our jars have wide openings that make dispensing easy, and all three sizes utilize the same 53mm size closures.
PET resin is a great choice when the product inside needs to be visible through the bottle, or when you want packaging that looks like glass without the drawbacks of glass. PET is also very versatile and can be made in a variety of colors. Our Fast-Track colors are production ready without any delays, and custom PMS matching is available when a certain brand color is required. Look for products made with PET in our In Development section too.
In Development Products
Our team is constantly innovating and developing new packaging solutions for our customers. The bottles and closures in this category are not quite ready for large-scale production, but we are excited to share what is on the horizon with you. Two notable products in this category are made with traditional PET resin.
2oz Adina® Cylinder: differentiate your cosmetic or beauty products from the competition with this unique bottle. Liquids, lotions, and serums look great in crystal clear bottles made from PET resin. The bottle is compatible with our 24mm SecuRx® Child Resistant Closure.
12oz Prince Cylinder: pour liquids easily through the narrow neck of this eye-catching bottle. It is a classic choice for packaging liquid products and works with both Continuous Thread and SecuRx Child Resistant Closures. In addition, we make them with traditional HDPE and PET resin.
28mm SecuRx Cone Child Resistant Closure: the closure has smooth sides and pictorial opening instructions on the top. It provides exceptional
child resistance and works with a variety of bottles styles and sizes to fit your packaging needs. We think it looks fantastic with our exclusive 50cc Parabolic Square Bottle (one of our Exclusive products mentioned above), creating an exceptional packaging system.
