The Environmentally-Friendly Option for Bottles
Natural HDPE plastic resin is translucent in color and natural PET resin is transparent in color. To create a colored bottle, pigment is added to the resin in the form of a color concentrate. Adding pigment to a bottle increases carbon emissions. If sustainability is a major concern for your company, you may want to avoid adding a colorant and use a natural resin. Using a white-colored pigment as an example, our sustainability calculator allows you to see how much carbon dioxide savings can occur by choosing to remain with natural, unpigmented bottles.

The Custom Color Option for Bottles and Closures
If you have a specific color in mind for your bottle or closure, this is the option for you.
We understand that color can affect consumer emotions and their purchasing decisions, and sometimes, your brand will determine the color you use.
To create your custom colored bottle or closure, the process starts when you provide the specific PMS color.
We’ll source the pigment, and then send you colored resin samples for approval.
After we test the pigment in our molds to ensure it runs well, we’ll send you actual sample bottles or closures in the requested color for approval.
Once the color is approved, your order will be completed.

The Light-Sensitive Option for Bottles
Is your product negatively affected by light? We offer a blackout option on select HDPE bottles that uses a dual layer plastic system.
Specifically, the exterior layer of the bottle can be any color; the interior layer is a deeply pigmented black that inhibits light transfer into the bottle. Reducing the amount of light inside the bottle protects the contents.
The Window Stripe Option for Bottles
Are you packaging a liquid and want consumers to easily measure how much of the contents remain while it is in use? Our window stripe option is an excellent choice and is available on select HDPE bottles.
This option allows you to make the bottle in the color of your choice, but adds a thin stripe of natural translucent HDPE down the side of the bottle, so that the contents are visible. With the addition of embossed graduations next to the stripe, consumers can see what amount remains inside.
