Standard Foam Liner

This liner is a three-ply co-extruded liner consisting of a foamed Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) core sandwiched between two layers of solid Low Density Polyethylene. This liner is typically used for liquid products.

Premium Barrier Foam Liner

This liner consists of a PVDC-based film bonded to one side of a standard foam liner. This is an ideal general purpose liner that is typically used for liquid products.

Pressure Sensitive Foam Liner

This liner makes a seal with the land area of the bottle. It consists of a pressure sensitive adhesive coated on polystyrene foam. Due to the adhesive layer, the foam seals to the land area of the bottle. This liner is typically used for powders or dry products.

Standard Pulp Liner

This is a cardboard-like liner made of cellulose. This liner is typically used for solid products and is not suggested for liquids.

Premium Barrier Pulp Liner

A standard pulp liner matched with a film consisting of of a flexible thermoset vinyl copolymer coating on High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) film which is extruded on a bleached Kraft paper. This liner is typically used for liquids.

1-Piece Heat Induction Seal Liner

One piece heat induction foil seals aggressively to the land area of the bottle. Available in welded tamper evident or clean peel styles. Can be used in conjunction with a foam or pulp backing that remains in the closure as a reseal liner.

2-Piece Heat Induction Seal Liner

Two piece heat induction foil seal foils seals aggressively to the land area of the bottle. The film bonded to the foil can be customized to seal on virtually any substrate. Available in welded tamper evident or clean peel styles. Contains a foam or pulp backing that remains in the closure as a reseal liner.

Top Tabbed Heat Induction Seal Liner

A heat induction seal that contains a built-in half-moon tab for easy removal. Available in a 1-piece or 2-piece design.
