Drug Plastics & Glass, sole proprietorship of Fred N. and Suzanne K. Biesecker, organized as a distributor of plastic and glass prescription ware containers.

Drug Plastics purchases Ball Brothers Prescriptionware and Hygeia Baby Bottle divisions.

Drug Plastics & Glass incorporates Drug Plastics & Glass Company, Inc., as a manufacturer and distributor of plastic and glass containers.

Drug Plastics begins manufacturing and selling plastic bottles.
1969
Drug Plastics builds new factory in Boyertown, Pa., to manufacture plastic bottles.

Drug Plastics expands Boyertown plant.

Drug Plastics acquires Top Seal, closure manufacturer.
